There is a $25.00 per vehicle parking fee. Paid to the gate guard, paid in cash with exact change.

You will have full access to the home, and the complex.
The home close to a large selection of restaurants, the only rainforest in USA - El Yunque Rainforest, access to several of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico, on property swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and swings/slides and monkey bars right in the spacious back patio.
Other things to note
Playa Azul beach is one of the best swimming and body boarding beaches. There are also several small reefs that are great for snorkeling.
