  • Are pets allowed
    No pets, however if you have a certified and licensed ADA Service dog, under Federal law we will allow.
  • Is smoking allowed
    Smoking is prohibited, even on the balconys, with our trade winds the smoke would just blow right back inside, there are common areas in the front of each condo as well as yards in the houses, that smoking is allowed if you pick up and dispose of your butts. If evidemce of smoking inside is found, a $350.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged to you.
  • What amenites do you provide
    Amenities include, 4-5 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap in a dispenser, 1 new stil wraped dish sponge. the kitchen will also have some basic cooking supplies oil, salt, pepper, ect. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
