Family focused with the work from home family in mind.  Less than 335 feet from a swim/snorkel friendly beach. Two living spaces, 1 covered and 1 inside. Quiet neighborhood!  Walking distance to many restaurants and 12 miles of continuous beach.  Surfing lessons a very short walk down the beach, boogie boarding, sailboarding, and of course just laying on an amazing beach.  King size bed in the main bedroom, and twin over full in the 2nd bedroom.
