Gated and guarded community with direct access to the beach. Community has a pool, play ground, volleyball and tennis courts. Mature trees, large communal grassy areas and great breezes make this quiet neighborhood a tropical paradise. You will be walking distance to great food, bars nightlife, and all the beach activities you can imagine. With less than a 15 minute drive you can access El Yunque Rain forest and Ferry boats to Culebra by appointment only, horseback riding, snorkeling, zip lines, boat charters and so much more.
The pool is Currently closed due to Covid.
Other things to note
Onsite parking is $25.00 for the duration of the stay. paid at the Security gate.
